In their work “Gelo Verticale” (Vertical Ice) the Masbedo present figures that are drifting in a world metaphorically iced by the impossibility of love and the perpetual threat of death, for the difficulty to articulate their suffering. Masbedo use video to create a masterwork of syncopated rhythms, segmenting the spatial nexus of cinematographic construction.
